1. All monetary values listed are in Singapore currency (SGD$), unless, otherwise stated. For International order, we will convert to USD per our in house exchange rate.
2. Prices listed herein do not include and is subjected to shipment/ delivery cost. The total payable will be tendered for your final submission and acceptance.
3. I.moodz reserves the right to revise the product prices at any time without informing the customers in advance. However, customers who already made orders before the price revision, will continue to purchase with the previously stated prices.
4. Presently, we only accept orders via email. Please indicate below info when placing order:

5. Upon receiving your order, we will advise stock availability & payment details.

Payment Policy
1. Payment can be made either via Internet Banking, or ATM Transfer for customers in Singapore.
2. Currently, payment by Paypal is available only to International customers only.
Delivery Policy
1. All items will be nicely packed and inspected before delivering to you via Singpost.
2. As delivery fees varies, depending on destination country and mode of delivery, we will advise accordingly based on buyer’s preferred mode of shipment.
3. It is advisable to have your order sent via registered mail only with additional of SGD$2.50 inclusive of handling fees.
4. Customers who choose normal mail postage will need to bear responsible for the possibility of goods loss.
Exchange & Refund Policy
1. Goods sold are non-refundable.
2. We allow exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase. Products returned must still be in original packaging and not worn or washed before.
3. Items can only be exchanged to a different size (subject to availability) or with a higher price item with top up.
4. Full refund will be made in the event that item is out of stock & unavailable for replacement.
5. Buyers will have to bear the extra delivery charges incurred during the exchange.
